Free Paper Abstract Submission
Submission Deadline : Friday, May 31, 2024.
Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Rules for Submission
- All abstracts must be submitted via email to our Congress Secretariat (sara@aaamed.org).
- We regret that hardcopy and faxed abstracts will not be accepted.
- All accepted abstracts may be included in the 20th AAAM Congress programme and/or AAAM website. Therefore, submission of abstracts constitutes the authors' consent for publication of abstracts.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your abstract as it will be published as submitted; i.e. any error appearing in the submitted abstract will appear in the published book or website.
- All presenting authors must register for the congress.
Abstract Format
- Font: Calibri, regular, only
- Size: 12 points only
- Single space and justify the text
- Limit the content to 250 words
- Do not include any pictures and references in the abstract

Submission and Notification
- All abstracts submitted will be acknowledged through email within 3 working days upon receipt. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you do not receive the acknowledgement email.
- All abstracts will be evaluated against Originality, Study Design, Study Quality, Statistical Methods, Ethical Issues, Content and Importance/Relevance.
- The Approving Committee decisions are final.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to all oral and poster presentation schedules.
- Presenting authors will receive an email notification on abstract acceptance or rejection by Friday, June 14 2024.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
All authors must complete, sign, and send a conflict of interest disclosure form to AAAM publications and marketing platforms.
The American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine requires all authors to complete a conflict of interest disclosure form, since conflicts of interest can directly or indirectly affect the reported outcome of any intellectual accomplishment. Potential conflicts of interest may occur when authors are affiliated with a company or institution that could profit from a particular outcome of a study.
Publication Agreement
All authors must complete, sign and send a publication agreement form. The publication agreement indicates that the author grants and transfers exclusively to the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine all rights, including but not limited to copyright, during the full term of copyright granted in the United States of America and elsewhere.
