This CME/CE activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the Joint Providership of The Institute for Medical Studies (IMS) and American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

IMS is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

For NPs, PAs and RNs, The Institute for Medical Studies designates this CME/CE/CEU activity for a maximum of 14 CME/CE/CEU hours. Certificates of attendance will be provided to participants commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Many societies and credentialing bodies will accept the CE or CEU as long as the topic is in the applicant’s field or discipline and the CME/CE provider is accredited by ACCME. However, it is advisable that if an individual is unsure whether their attendance can be used towards certification or re-licensure they should check with their governing body. Neither AAAM nor IMS is responsible for such acceptance.

Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after October 20, 2021. If you cancel prior to October 20, 2021, a $250 administration charge is deducted from your paid course registration. No fee will be deducted if credit is transferred to another AAAM event before October 20, 2021; credit must be used within six months. Full registration fees are forfeited after the cancellation deadline. No-shows are considered cancellations and any refund or credit is forfeited. All refunds must be requested in writing to info@aaamed.org.

The group rate for AAAM's Courses is $195/night single or double, exclusive of taxes & fees, the current tax rate is 12.5%. The group rate is first come first served and based upon availability. Course Information and Policy:

1. A copy of your medical license must be received for admittance to the course. Please email your medical license to membership@aaamed.org.
2. AAAM Provides Continuing Education Units. For CE purposes, attendees must sign in at AAAM registration each morning before entering the meeting room. CE credits are awarded based upon your hours of attendance; full credits are only awarded for attending the course in its entirety.
3. To claim your CE credits, complete the course evaluation survey delivered to you via email within 3 business days of the course. After completing the survey, you may print and save your CME statement. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
4. Your AAAM Certificate will be provided to you at the course provided that you registered no later than 21 May. Registrants after that date will receive their AAAM Certificates by mail following the course. Course attendance on each day is mandatory in order to receive your AAAM Certificate. Your AAAM Certificate will not be awarded if you miss any portion of the course, and you will have to make up the portion of the course at a subsequent course, and at your expense.
5. Your AAAM Course syllabus will be provided to you at AAAM Registration on-site. A replacement for lost or stolen syllabus is not provided.
6. Please note that no one, other than the registered delegate is provided admittance to the course or food functions. Your AAAM badge must be worn to all events
