Refund Policy

Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after March 24, 2023. If you cancel prior to March 24, 2023, a $250 administration charge is deducted from your paid course registration. No fee will be deducted if credit is transferred to another AAAM event before March 24, 2023; credit must be used within six months. Full registration fees are forfeited after the cancellation deadline. No-shows are considered cancellations and any refund or credit is forfeited. All refunds must be requested in writing to info@aaamed.org.
